The Valedictory and Closing Ceremony of DUILF 3.0 will commence with an introduction by the Master of Ceremonies, setting the tone for an evening of reflection and celebration. This will be followed by addresses from distinguished dignitaries including Prof. Jiten Hazarika, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor of Dibrugarh University; Dr. Ranoj Pegu, Hon’ble Education Minister of Assam; and Shri B. Kalyan Chakravarthy, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Assam. The ceremony will also feature special addresses by acclaimed international author Ann Morgan and other participating authors, reflecting on the spirit and impact of the festival. A felicitation ceremony will honour the authors by the university authorities, followed by the Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Paramananda Sonowal, Registrar, Dibrugarh University. The programme will conclude with the State Anthem and a vibrant Bihu performance, celebrating the cultural heritage of Assam and marking a fitting close to DUILF.
