Subroto Chattopadhyay is a co-author of Bangladesh Humiliation, Carnage, Liberation and Chaos. He has produced a series of podcasts with veterans of 1971 India-Pakistan war that led to creation of Bangladesh. He has been a speaker at the National Defence College, New Delhi and several institutions of the Indian Military. He has held senior leadership positions in leading MNCs, including PepsiCo, ITC Ltd, Saregama (HMV) Ltd, etc. At The Peninsula Studios, which he co-founded, he has directed more than 350 music videos—including Coke Studio Roots—and over 140 documentaries promoting the history and heritage of Indian subcontinent.
