She is a critic, translator, researcher, and co-founder and Chief Editor of Zzz Review, an independent non-profit online literary review-turned-ecosystem based in Vietnam. Her research works have been published by Palgrave Macmillan, and her criticism appears on Korean Literature Now, ColorsxStudios. She writes for various Vietnamese journals and magazines.
She is an English-Vietnamese translator with more than 18 years of experience. Her published translations include What we talk about when we talk about love by Raymond Carver, Atonement by Ian McEwan, and Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. She has participated as a host, speaker and organiser in various literary events, workshops, symposiums, and mini festivals. Besides experiences in publishing and research, she has also been professionally involved with international cultural institutions and private firms in Germany, the UK, Australia, and Vietnam.
Her edited anthology of Contemporary Vietnamese Literature in English translation by Parthian Books (UK) is forthcoming. She also serves as the advisor for Major Books (UK) and is a member of PEN Translation Committee.
