Obja Borah Hazarika teaches international relations in the Department of Political Science , Dibrugarh University. She has written a book on para diplomacy with particular focus on the Northeast of India. She read History in St Stephen’s college in Delhi and International Relations in her post graduation and MPhil from Jawaharlal Nehru University. She did her PhD from Dibrugarh University on the Look East Policy. She has been teaching in Dibrugarh University since 2013. She is the coordinator of a SWAYAM MOOC titled Global Politics.
