Khandakar Shahin Ahmed has been teaching in the Department of English, Dibrugarh University since 2013. He pursued his doctoral research in the area of Bioregional Literature and Indigeneity, and his M.Phil. research was on Franz Kafka. His research papers are published in numerous globally indexed international journals. He is associated with different international forums on literature and theory, and has been a member of Advisory Board of different International Journals. His areas of interest are – Critical Theory, Historical Fiction, Northeast Literature, Place Studies, Climate Change, and Literature of Europe.
